NorthPoint Development is gearing up for the next chapter in the ongoing conversion of the former Bannister Federal Complex into the $135 million Blue River Commerce Center.
Last week, the Kansas City Council approved a development plan entailing seven manufacturing and warehouse buildings at the northeast corner of East Bannister Road and Troost Avenue, as well as rezoning for 229 of the property's approximately 300 acres to an urban redevelopment district.
